"My 2010 Ultra Classic Limited is the 5th Harley I have bought from Dale and the River City team. My 4th cycle, a Screamin Eagle Ultra never had the first payment made on it when a woman pulled out in front of me and it was a total loss. I received several calls while getting over the wreck checking on me from the folks there. Not many can say that about a dealership.
Not only do I get greeted by name when I walk in but the staff makes sure you have exactly what you need or are looking for before you leave, and sometimes you leave with items you had no idea you wanted haha.

"If you are looking for a new or used Harley, do yourself a favor and talk with the crew at RiverCity first. I traded my '02 Sporster in last fall for a gently used '01 Ultra Classic and am 110% satisfied with the entire experience. Steve (Hoagie) Hogge was great to work with and after some serious negotiations, we were able to hammer out a deal that worked for both of us.
Since I got the Ultra late in the fall, I didn't get much riding in but I noticed a couple little things that we not quite to my liking so I called Steve. He said they stood behind the sale and had me talk with Dale. Expecting to get the run-around, I was pleasantly surprised when Dale arranged to have everything taken care of. 'Wild' Bill and Chuck in service were super also and took the time to explain what they had found.
I know when the bug hits hard enough to make another trade, the only place I will go will be back to my friends at RiverCity."
