"If you are looking for a new or used Harley, do yourself a favor and talk with the crew at RiverCity first. I traded my '02 Sporster in last fall for a gently used '01 Ultra Classic and am 110% satisfied with the entire experience. Steve (Hoagie) Hogge was great to work with and after some serious negotiations, we were able to hammer out a deal that worked for both of us.
Since I got the Ultra late in the fall, I didn't get much riding in but I noticed a couple little things that we not quite to my liking so I called Steve. He said they stood behind the sale and had me talk with Dale. Expecting to get the run-around, I was pleasantly surprised when Dale arranged to have everything taken care of. 'Wild' Bill and Chuck in service were super also and took the time to explain what they had found.
I know when the bug hits hard enough to make another trade, the only place I will go will be back to my friends at RiverCity."

Although the camaraderie and service we enjoy over here at Napoleon H. D. Sales and Service is five-star and great, you guys happened to have the exact models of big twins we were looking to trade our Sportsters in on! "On February 12, 2009 I completed my sale for my 2003 FLSTFI 100th Anniversary Fatboy with Alan Moore. My experience with Alan and the dealership was first class.
